Everyone we worked with from Brush&Roll was professional. B&R did a very good job painting all our walls, trim, window frames, and ceilings. It was a pretty big project and they got it done in 2 days. They even stayed late on day 2 to accommodate our schedule. They were also very responsive to a few changes we made. The entire process was great from the beginning to the end. They were transparent about everything and their estimate was clear and detailed. Their price was several thousand dollars less than the other two companies I requested estimates from. Everyone was so friendly and hardworking. After signing the contract, they gave me an estimated start date. Then soon after, they reached out for official start dates for pressure washing and painting and completion date. They were accurate and I am very happy with the end product. They used Sherwin-Williams exterior stain. I went from a brown/tan exterior to a blue/gray with white trim. It's hard to know where to begin without gushing superlatives about this fantastic company. We used Brush N' Roll to paint our exterior several years ago, and held on to their information, knowing that eventually we were going to get the inside painted. As always, Jose showed up quickly and gave us a very detailed quote that was competitive. Although it was summer, he fit our job in even though traditionally interior painting is done during the cooler months. He said he knew we were a returning customer and wanted to do right by us. The crew was absolutely wonderful. They masked this house as if it was a surgical suite. Not a speck of paint anywhere other than were it was supposed to be. My walls and trim look like they could be in House Beautiful. It almost made me cry to see the transformation. I wish we had done this a long time ago. Brush N' Roll Painting just completed a full exterior paint project on our home. Our expectations were exceeded on all levels: Communication, cleanliness, experienced painters and kept their promises. Lucero the General Manager did a outstanding job from scheduling ,ordering the paint (evidently there's a paint shortage) and coordinating the project. We contacted Brush N' Roll this last Spring to schedule the project. They were booked out to September. The entire project was completed in less than 4 days. The crew was a father and son team. Both named Edgar. Their expertise was top notch! When the project was completed they required a walk around the home to inspect their work and answer any questions .They also-reassured us that if any corrections are needed we were to call them directly. Looking forward to scheduling our interior paint project.

The bid was higher than I expected based off of me googling average exterior paint cost however from what I see so far, appears to be worth the cost. I have not scheduled the project yet but do plan on using them if I hire a painter (roofing comes first).

Jose did an excellent job from the very beginning explaining their services as well as paint choices for the areas in the house. His communication was excellent throughout the project and his ability to shift the number of painters needed to keep our project on time was amazing, even though at times they were impacted by other contractors they had to work around. Jose and his crew were amazing from set up to paint to clean up to odor removal. They had to paint a lot of interior wood snd it turned out beautiful! Jose has a calming way to help get it done. They did bedrooms, ceilings, closets, fireplaces and a full kitchen. He helped with the right textures and whites that worked best. This is the 2nd house they have painted for us. I was a former contractor myself and worked in construction for many years so I know a good painter when I see one. A good paint job is about knowing how to prepare each surface to receive the paint. Then also nowadays it's important to have experience with the different coatings currently available. Finally its important have the skills needed to apply the paint (spray, brush, etc) and proceed in a workmanlike manner doing what needs to be done efficiently but without cutting corners. From estimate to finish it is clear that Brush'n'Roll operates with a very high level of professionalism and competence so I recommend this company without reservation.

We hired Brush n Roll to paint the exterior trim of our house and were so impressed by the job they did that we decided to hire them to paint the rest of the house. Working with Jose on estimates, scope of work, and digitally signing the contracts was really easy. Roberto and his crew painted our house—we were so impressed by Roberto’s professionalism and workmanship. He and his crew did a thorough and detailed job of priming and painting the trim and body of the house, but also replacing rotted boards, caulking every seam to help keep water out of the wood, painting downspouts, stairs, and several other walls and railings around the property. They even fixed a loose railing with a simple solution we never thought about. Whenever we had a request or thought about something else we might want to add to the job, they were really flexible about adding it. We were so happy with the job they did. We have worked with so many contractors and companies over the years on our house and Brush and Roll ranks at the very top. It’s hard to find professionals who listen and execute exactly what you are looking for and this company does exactly that. We will certainly be working with them again in the future.

After a high bid from a competing company, the much more reasonable one from Brush N' Roll alone would have had us happy to hire them. Then we met Jose, Anibal and the rest of the crew and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the experience. Add in that they were flexible and understanding during Covid/quarantine, and we too wish we could give them six stars! Jose communicates quickly, clearly and frequently (May weather ended up being tricky), and Anibal and the rest of the crew were SO amazing. We have a 2+ story, 3,400 sq ft house with WONKY gradation for ladder placement, and the crew made it look easy. They also helped remove some things that they didn't have to and worked around the foliage. Our house looks like a new place!

These guys are great. Jose kept in touch with emails before the job to apprise me of scheduling. The crew arrived promptly and quietly, and proceeded to paint our largish house, with complicated trim and lots of windows, our cottage and the garage in four days. They cleaned up every day to the point you wouldn't even know they'd been here except for all the painting that was done. Rafael and Roberto politely asked questions as they progressed to make sure we got what we wanted. They even did small repairs to the stucco as they worked, completely above expectations. Excellent work! We hired Brush N' Roll Painting for a large interior job--all walls, millwork (including sanding, caulking and painting all window trim and baseboards) and doors in our close to 3000 square foot home. From the beginning they were so professional and made me feel confident that they could handle the job. They had the work done in one week, bringing in extra painters for the last couple of days to make sure they finished on time. They had great attention to detail, filling in all nail holes (of which we had A LOT) and even repairing scratch and bite marks from our dogs on the doors with wood filler before painting, which I didn't even ask them to do. I appreciate that they let us choose any paint we wanted and didn't make us use a particular brand. On top of all that, their quote was less than others we got. I recommend them very highly.

Brush N Roll is a very professional and skilled company with a great work ethic. They always showed up at the time expected and the contact person, Jose, was approachable and communicated back quickly to answer any questions. Top quality paints were used and the time and skill involved in applying the paint carefully shows. They work long days and have to sometimes work around rain but do complete the job as quickly as possible. Although I found they were a bit more expensive than other estimates I received I felt they would do the most for the money and they definitely did! Two coats of exterior paint were applied and they power washed and stained 2 sheds as well. They cleaned up each day and when the job was finished there wasn't any trash or debris left behind at all - they hauled it away themselves. I would definitely recommend this company for painting needs and would use them again in the future. All the crew I had contact with were friendly, capable, and very eager to please and willing to answer questions and explain the process. A GREAT COMPANY!!

We were super happy with the service that Brush N' Roll provided for our interior painting. Jose was easy to communicate with before the job, as well as during, and Anibal and Marcos worked really hard to finish in the time frame we had available. They covered some really dark walls from the prior owners with skill, and the rooms look beautiful. Anibal was an expert at the edges - super steady hand. Cost-wise, we had never paid for painting before, so we were nervous at first about the cost, but we had other companies come out and give us quotes and Brush N' Roll Painting turned out to be very fair and competitive. We are happy that we went with them. We are thrilled with the result and will call them again if we need painting done.

I called on a Saturday, and they were out to my house the next Friday correcting the blemishes and correcting areas where there might be any chance that the bubbles would appear elsewhere around the door. They sanded the trim and did a beautiful job - but that isn't all! I had had new windows installed after the painting and the window installer had put white caulking around the windows that had gone into the black glossy trim - it looked terrible. Ramon and his crew pulled out their ladder and re-painted the trim on my front upstairs windows with no charge - just because they believe in excellent customer service and wanted to ensure my home looked as beautiful as when they had finished their work. This kind of caring about a quality job is so unusual, I just had to tell you about it.

Contacted them in June and got an estimate. They were pretty booked up and they said they wouldn't be able to get to us until September 4th. I was pretty impressed that they were able to set an exact date that far in advance, and even more impressed when they actually met that date. The two-man crew that showed up clearly knew what they were doing and were very professional and personable. I was concerned about overspray landing on our neighbor's driveway and they took pains to prevent that. The crew chief pointed out that unless some special measures were taken a window into our garage (which is mostly blocked by the fence's lattice) would have been sprayed over. I had forgotten the window was even under there. The crew chief had a very simple plan to mask it off and so: no problem. He also pointed out a couple spots were some wood rot had set in so now I know I've a chore to do, but I wouldn't have noticed on my own. I'm very pleased with the result and would definitely hire these guys again.

We got six bids for our job, and Brush N'Roll was the last bid - so we had an clear view of competitor bids. The professionalism of the representative; the quality paints, caulking, and primer that they use; and the fact that they could get the job done this summer were all factors in our decision making - in addition to price. The responsiveness of the rep to our many follow-up questions - especially around the carpentry work, was the deciding factor in the end. And what a great decision it was! The team arrived on time every day, they left our home clean each night, the carpentry work was excellent and overall, the attention to detail was outstanding. Just one example was the caulking - they used the highest quality caulking (40 year guarantee) and made extra sure to caulk all the seams and places where the old caulking had cracked - especially around the window trim. I know our home is water tight for the winter. There were so many other little things they did to care for our home, I can't list them here. But you can trust this team! Our home looks gorgeous and we feel we got a great deal, as well.

Seriously, take my advice and benefit from the hard research and quoting I did. Brush n' Roll is as good as painting contractors get. Period. Fantastic communication and company representation. The company conveyed a sense of trust and confidence in the work proposed to be done, more than any other contactors I quoted, and the final product was absolutely in line with my expectations. The crew worked non-stop for 3 days to finish my home (plus on extra half day for pressure cleaning the week previous to painting). They used top notch caulk and Sherwin Williams "Super Paint", and I'm confident this paint job will continue to look great for over a decade, maybe even 20 years - every seam caulked and paint sprayed and rolled on liberally. I'm very glad I chose these guys.

We chose them because we were impressed by Jose and they use Benjamin Moore paint (it looked great after 15 years on our last home). They were professional from the time of Jose’s estimate until the end of the job done by Giovanni and Alfonso. After we decided to use the company we were able to sign the contract online. At the end of the job we received an email from Claudia telling us we could give the check to the painting crew and click a message when had done so. We were impressed by the painting crew’s work ethic, skill, and determination to get the job done well. They pay attention to detail, move things, clean up and put things back. They fill holes and scratches. We have quite a bit of painting to do under our patio awning and it looks great now. They tell you when they will be working and are on time. We used Brush N' Roll for the exterior of our home as well as a significant portion of the interior. I just can't say enough good things about them. We had a referral from someone we know who was very happy with their work but we still got a couple of bids on the job. Their exterior bid was about $1000 less than another local contractor (and with better paint) and the interior bid was a bit better as well. Everyone including the gentleman who did the bid as well as the paint crew showed up prompt and on time. The crew was meticulous with their prep so as not to leave a mess. They were also friendly and professional. These guys take a lot of pride in their work. The company's #1 goal though, from the owner to the paint crew, is your satisfaction. Once they started the job they did not consider it complete until we were 100% satisfied. The paint crew works their tails off. Brush N' Roll is the type of company I would not think twice about hiring. I highly recommend them. One thing to keep in mind is that they are a small company and their schedule is pretty full of work. It would be best to be able to plan ahead a ways which totally worked for us.

I was extremely happy with Brush N Roll. Beginning with their process of coming to the home, examining the exterior and giving me a detailed explanation of every step of the painting process. Their estimate was very fair - fell in the middle range of 5 estimates that I received. I chose them not just because of the price, but because of the detailed explanation they provided, their obvious concern for doing the best job possible, and truly seemed concerned about the long term condition of my siding and the value of painting with excellence. They did not try to sell me on the most expensive paint product, but did give me options. I appreciated their knowledgeable advice regarding the various lines of Sherwin Williams paint. I was having new windows installed, and some repair to my siding, prior to the painting date. The contractor I used was late and took more time that planned. The day that Brush N Roll arrived, the contractor was not yet finished. However, Brush N Roll was willing to postpone painting for a week to allow the contractor time to finish the work. Brush N Roll did not get upset about this, but in my opinion they should have been upset with me. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work around my schedule, which was not convenient for them. They began with pressure washing, and were careful not to do any damage by using too high of pressure. The next day they did a significant amount of scraping to remove loose paint that was not removed by the pressure washing. They then calked all the windows as well as any areas needing calking, such as cracks in the boards and gaps between boards. Next they primed all needed areas. Then they painted with two coats of paint. The main painter on my job was Raphael He was pleasant to be around, and very obviously took pride in doing his work with excellence. If you get Raphael, you are fortunate! The final product is beautiful, and the quality of the job is very clear. I had two neighbors approach us asking for contact information about Brush N Roll. I think it was obvious to our neighbors that this company did a great job.

Hired them to paint our exterior last summer. They came out and bid a fair price and then even came down a little (not much trim work to do), we were happy with that! They came on schedule and did a lot of prep work, including repairing eves and trim that had rotted on the 50 year old house. In the end, the entire project, from pressure washing to painting, to repairs to painting and trim too less than 5 days. The staff was as nice as I have worked with, polite, informative, and passionate about doing a good job. I highly recommend them.

Jose came out to estimate the job. For a young guy, Jose was very knowledgable and asked many good questions the other companies had skipped over. We went with Brush N Roll because we felt the estimate captured all the specifics we had discussed; a testiment to Jose's thoroughness. They were not the least expensive or the most expensive bid we received, but the estimate included more work than the other bids. The job started exactly when Jose said it would. We were super impressed with the prep work and repairs, as that took the majority of time. The lead carpenter was just as picky with repair details as if it was his own home, and he even took care of several other repairs that weren't spelled out in the contract. The painting itself didn't take long due to all the preparation, but the whole house was gone over thoroughly until they were satisfied it met their standards. The only mishap during the process - the patio ceiling had incorrectly been painted the base color instead of the trim color - was quickly repainted without question. Once the guys were all done, they cleaned up after themselves including taking all the garbage & debris. We were very impressed with Brush N Roll and would definitely use them again.

Every step of the way was great; Roberto came to my home a few days after initial contact and looked at my project and gave me a price. He was very informative. I was actually having a very hard time getting a painting company to come out to my house. I kept getting turned away or other companies were booked until end of October because of exterior work. I actually needed it to be done sooner than that because I'm in the middle of a kitchen remodel and wanted the ceilings painted before the new cabinets got intstalled, etc. Brush n' roll told me they will work on the weekend so I can make sure I get my project done in-time. I was so thrilled. A week later Raffaele came out with a team mate and painted my ceiling a flat bright white, it looks amazing! ;They did such a great job!
